BizScheduler Attachments

You can attach documents, pictures, pretty much any type of file from your computer to either a Customer or a Job. Customer Attachments are accessed from the individual Customer screen, by clicking the Attachments button, or by clicking on the Attachments Icon at the top left of the screen if there are already attachments associated with the customer.

Attachments Icon: 

The ability to work with Attachments in BizScheduler Work Orders is controlled in your Configuration Options. , which you can get to under the Setup / Configuration section of the Hub. The following options control this:
  1. Allow Attachments In Work Orders - This makes attachments available at the Work Order level of BizScheduler
  2. Mobile Work Order Attachments - This makes attachments available for Mobile Work Orders, so items can be uploaded from a mobile device (e.g. photos from the phone's camera)
  3. Show Attachments In Mobile Work Orders - This makes the Job-Level attachments visible on the Mobile Work Order for viewing from a mobile device
