Specify Bill To/Job Site Payment method for Jobs







BizScheduler has added the ability to choose which stored payment methods are used on each job. This makes it easier to specify and monitor which payment method is used and where it came from. The blue Bill To and gray Job Site buttons located to the right of the Credit Card and ACH sections allow you to copy card or ACH info from the Bill To and Job Site records. These buttons will only appear when payment info is found in the relevant customer record.


When you click the blue arrow to fill in the amount, BizScheduler defaults to using the job site's payment info, if it exists. The gray Job Site button will be highlighted to indicate that the number matches the Job Site record. If there is no job site or the job site has no payment info, the blue Bill To button will be highlighted to indicate that Bill To payment info is being used.
