Calendar Display Settings

You can set and change the Calendar Display Settings by clicking on the Calendar Settings icon in the bottom left corner of the Job Calendar, as seen below.

The options that are displayed will depend on the features that you have enabled in BizScheduler as well as which calendar view you are looking at (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). When you click on the icon you will see a popup window with the options that are available for you to set. It should look something like this:

This example shows that you can set the Horizontal and Vertical Zoom settings, the Font Size used for displaying the job information, the Background used for jobs after your workers have clocked out at, and the number of hours to wait before setting the Red Border alerting you to jobs that still don't have payment information set.

These settings are all device-specific and calendar-specific. So, you can set the attributes you want on your office computer one way, and the settings for your tablet in some other way. You can also have different settings for your Daily and Weekly views on your devices without impact how others prefer to see their calendars.
