The Calendar Grid
The Calendar Grid is made up of columns of Workers (or other items you are scheduling) and rows of time slots. It is on this grid that you will click to create and change jobs.
There are two primary views: the Weekly view, which is normally displayed when you enter BizScheduler, and the Daily view, which shows all jobs scheduled on a single day. To switch between Weekly and Daily views, simply click on the heading row of the Calendar Grid where the day and date for that day is displayed.
You can also see a Monthly View by clicking the [Monthly view] button at the bottom of the screen. This will display a monthly calendar with a list of all jobs on each day. Click on a job that is shown to go to the Job Info screen or click on the Date in any of the individual days shown to go to the Daily view for that day.
If there are more jobs than can be seen in the limited space, use the scroll bar to move up or down through the list.
