Visual Job Status Indicators

BizScheduler uses a variety of visual markers to help you quickly and easily identify the status of your jobs when looking at either the Daily or Weekly views of the Job Calendar. Jobs that are current or in the future simply have the standard grey outline. 

Once a job's completion time has passed by more than four hours, BizScheduler highlights it with a RED boarder. This will alert you to any jobs that still have services that do not have an actual amount filled in but doesn't necessarily mean the WORK has not been completed.

If a payment has been entered for a job and it is ready for the Accounting Report to process (either to print it out or to export to QuickBooks), it will show a dollar sign ($) at the top of the job and have a GREEN boarder.

Once the Accounting Report has finished processing a job that has all of its Services showing Actual amounts, the Job (or Job Segment) will contain a Check-Mark and the boarder will return to the standard gray outline. See the following example:
