Change Estimate Status Options
Estimate Status Options help you quickly identify the progress of an Estimate as you move it toward a scheduled job. You can easily search for all Estimates with one or more status options to keep your focus on the highest potential customers based on the specific sales cycle of your business. To change this list:
- Go to the Hub and click the Estimate Status Options link under the Setup / Configuration section
- Click on a Status Option to change its name, followed by the checkmark to save it
- The other attributes can be changed by clicking on them
Note: You can Delete a Status Option that has been used. This will remove all references to it. If it has been used, you may want to make it Inactive instead, which will remove it from any selection lists within BizScheduler but let you reactivate it so you can find those estimates with that Status Option in the future.
