How to find an Invoice Number in BizScheduler

The easiest way to find an invoice is to use Custom Search:
  1. Click the Custom Search link under the Tools section of the Hub
  2. Click at least the checkboxes for these fields: Name, Job Date Between, and BizScheduler Invoice # and/or QuickBooks Invoice # (depending on which type of invoice you are looking for)
  3. Enter the invoice number you are trying to locate into one of the Invoice # textboxes 
  4. Click the [Find] button
If you enter a percent sign (%) wildcard  into one of the Invoice # fields, instead of an invoice number, BizScheduler will return all of the Jobs that have that type of invoice, regardless of the invoice number.
