Navigation is how you move around within BizScheduler. The rule is pretty basic: use the navigation links and buttons within BizScheduler to get around. This means that you do not want to use the Back button of your browser or backspace key to return to a prior screen. There will always be a button or link that will take you to the appropriate location within the BizScheduler system.

There are two primary reasons for this requirement:

1. First, you are using an encrypted, secure connection to transmit your data across the Internet. Therefore, certain screens are "protected" by forcing your browser to only access the page in a certain way.
   
2. Second, as you move from one screen to another, BizScheduler captures information that is important for saving you time and protecting the accuracy of your data. By always using the built-in navigation capabilities of BizScheduler, you ensure the greatest level of productivity.
   

Because you are using a web-based, or Internet, application, none of your data is stored on the computer you are using. Your browser works as a "window" into your BizScheduler system. Until you "tell" the browser to take an action, BizScheduler does not know what you intend to do. Therefore, remember to click the [Save] or [Save & Return] button to record any information that you want BizScheduler to retain.
