Find the QuickBooks Invoice Number
Go to the Hub and click the Custom Search link under the Tools section. Check the checkbox to the left of Name and Job Date Between. Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen where you will find the QuickBooks Invoice # textbox to check. That will put those 3 items in your results.
In the QuickBooks Invoice # textbox, you can do the following, which will determine the results that you get:
- Enter the exact invoice number you are looking for
- Enter any part of the invoice number that you are looking for to get all invoices that match those characters
- Enter the percent sign (%) to get all jobs with a QuickBooks Invoice # for the job
Click the [Find] button and you will see the results. Click the Customer's name to see the Customer screen or click on the Job Date to see the Job Info screen.
Remember, you can always Return to the Custom Search screen and add additional fields to display in your search results and, once you like what you get as the results, click Save Search so you can easily pull up the parameters to use the next time you need them.
