As long as you have not used an Area for scheduling activities, you can still delete it. Once it has been used, however, you can still make it inactive. This way the historical integrity of your data will be protected but you will not have to see an Area that you no longer wish to use. To Delete an Area, do the following:
- Go to the Hub and click the Areas link under the Setup \ Configuration section
- On the Areas screen you will see all Areas currently configured for your BizScheduler
- Click the name of the Area you wish to delete and then click the [Delete Area] button and confirm your action
Remember, if you Delete and Area you delete EVERYTHING in that Area. This is a process that cannot be undone, so be sure that you want to delete it. Otherwise, uncheck the Active checkbox and click [Save] or [Save & Return] to remove it from all of the BizScheduler area lists.
