Account / Billing Management

Account / Billing Management

Account management tools are located in the Account / Billing section of the Hub to allow you to manage your subscription costs and payment methods in one place.

Only workers who have permission can access each of these tools.

1. Billing Details
The billing details page gives you a snapshot of past and present bills with the usage details for each user, as well as a breakdown of other monthly charges like file storage, PDF generation, and text messaging. This is the exact data that BizScheduler uses to calculate your monthly bill.

2. Manage File Storage
In order to better understand what types of files are contributing to your monthly file storage costs, you can view (and delete) files using the Manage File Storage page. Files are organized by category (e.g. PDF files) and year.

3. Update Payment Method
Here you can update the payment method for your monthly subscription.
