Export Extended Customer List from QuickBooks Online

To perform an extensive customer export from QuickBooks Online, you will need to use the Reports section:
  1. Log into QuickBooks Online and from the left menu, select the Business Overview section and then Reports.
  2. Under the Sales and customers section of the Reports list, select Customer Contact List to display it.
  3. Select the Settings icon at the upper right corner of the report to modify the data to export:  
  4. Click the "Show more" link to display all the columns.
  5. Check ALL the checkboxes and then click back onto the report to update the listing
  6. Select the Export icon next to the Print icon (you will need to scroll your screen to the far right), then choose Export to Excel.  
  7. Email the file downloaded to your computer to support@bizscheduler.com and be sure to include your company name.
