Complete Jobs Without QuickBooks

How to Complete Jobs Without Exporting To QuickBooks

In BizScheduler, a Job isn't Completed until you have set the Payment Type and then either Exported it to QuickBooks or have instructed BizScheduler to mark it as Complete without Exporting it to QuickBooks. Obviously, if you do not use QuickBooks, the method outlined here should be done for all of your jobs once you finish the work and set the Payment Type for the Job.

Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Set the Payment Type for any jobs that are ready
  2. Go to the Accounting Report under the Reports section of the Hub
  3. Select all of the Jobs that you want to mark Complete (either using the Select All icon in the upper section of the screen or individually by checking the Send to accounting checkbox)
  4. To Complete all of these, click the [Complete Jobs] button and then confirm the action when prompted
By making sure that all of your finished jobs are processed through the Accounting Report, either by clicking the [Export to QuickBooks] button or [Complete Jobs] button, you will be able to keep the status of your jobs up to date and be able to take advantage of other BizScheduler tools, like the Incomplete Jobs Report, which will show you any jobs that you may have inadvertently missed.
