Skip Notifications for Certain Estimate Statuses
We are pleased to introduce the Skip Notifications setting for Estimate Statuses, a feature designed to provide a smoother experience for both you and your customers.
What is the Skip Notifications Option?
The Skip Notifications option allows you to prevent customers from receiving unwanted notifications after they have already agreed to or declined an estimate. This helps reduce unnecessary communication and ensures your customers only receive relevant updates.
How to Use the Skip Notifications Option:
Navigate to the Estimate Status page from the Hub.
Find the Estimate Statuses which should not send notifications
Press the button in the Skip Notifications column to toggle it from "No" to "Yes"
With the Skip Notifications setting enabled, any estimates marked with this status will not trigger notification emails or alerts to the customer. This is particularly useful when an estimate has been finalized or declined, helping to streamline your communication process.
To verify that an estimate will no longer send notifications, navigate to the Notifications section of that estimate and press the Notification Status icon
. The status should show "Skipped (estimate status)".
