Tax Rate Location Code

If you are working with Sales Tax Rates that are automatically updated by BizScheduler for your customers and jobs, and the service for your state(s) provides us with a Location Code to designate the collected taxes, BizScheduler will display that for you using a tool tip. You can place your mouse over the "Taxable" checkbox label or the tax rate "Rate name" label (if you are displaying it). For QuickBooks users, this Location Code will be exported along with the tax rate when you export your jobs as part of the process that creates your invoices.

The Location Code will then be used in your tax liability reporting and payment process in QuickBooks.
