Rescheduling Cancelled Jobs

To reschedule a Cancelled job, you must go to the Customer record to whom the job belongs.   

Once you find the customer, look at the job history for the customer until you find Cancelled next to the job date.   Click the Job Date to display the job and then click the Reschedule button at the bottom of the screen to place the Job back on the calendar wherever appropriate, which effectively un-cancels (reschedules) the job.

If you do not know the customer, you can use the Custom Search screen (click the Custom Search link under the Tools section of the Hub) to find all cancelled jobs with any criteria you need.  For example, if you want to find all cancelled jobs last month...
  1. Click the Clear Search button, to make sure you don't have any prior criteria set
  2. Click the checkbox next to Name, so you get the Customer Name in the results
  3. Click the checkbox next to Job Date Between, so you get the Job Dates in the results
  4. Enter the first day of the previous month in the first textbox (or use the Date Control) and the last day in the second textbox to give the From and Through dates
  5. Click the Find button at the bottom of the screen to get your results
  6. Select Yes in the Cancelled drop down list box, and click the [Find] button
