No QuickBooks Item Assigned

When exporting a Job to QuickBooks, you may get an error similar to this:
The Services shown below do not have a QuickBooks Item Name assigned to them. Before exporting jobs to QuickBooks, each BizScheduler Service must have a QuickBooks Item Name assigned to it. Edit the Services list by clicking Services from the Setup / Configuration section on the Hub
The error message is directing you to go to your Services from the Setup / Configuration section on the Hub. If you go there, and look at the service shown in the error message you will see that there isn't any entry in the QuickBooks Item Name field. That is required for any service that goes to QuickBooks, both to create a new service as well as to complete the export of a job.

BizScheduler is designed this way so you can have more detail in BizScheduler than you need for your accounting in QuickBooks. For example, maybe you want to have Windows In , Windows Out, and Windows In and Out in BizScheduler for all of your window cleaning work, but in your accounting system all you want to know is what you did in Window Cleaning. You would put Window Cleaning in the QuickBooks Item Name field for all 3 services.
