Job-Based Referral Sources

Job-Based Referral Sources

Job-based Referral Source. Referral sources are an important part of tracking and managing your marketing efforts for attracting new customers. That's why referral sources appear on the Customers screen. If you wanted to track job revenue from referral sources (e.g. did that radio ad or postcard mailing actually pay for itself?), you must enable the option to Show Job Referral. Job Referral Sources appear in a dropdown box a line or two above the payment information section, depending on other BizScheduler options you have enabled.

Once you have collected these job-based referral sources, you can either use Custom Search and include other items in your listing, or run the Job Referral Report under the Reports section of the Hub.
