Export from QuickBooks Desktop to Excel for BizScheduler import

The following steps are for exporting Customers and Items from QuickBooks Pro (desktop software). Depending on your exact version of QuickBooks, you may find some slight variation to these steps. If you run into a problem, use the Help feature within QuickBooks and enter “export customers to Excel” for the search.

Exporting Customers to Excel:

  1. Click the Customers menu and then select Customer Center
  2. Select Excel (probably just below the icon ribbon) and then Export Customer List…
  3. Select Create new worksheet and in new workbook
  4. Click Export and then save the file

Exporting Items to Excel:

  1. Click on the Lists menu and select Item List
  2. Select Excel (probably at the bottom of the screen) and then Export All Items
  3. Select Create new worksheet and in new workbook
  4. Click Export and then save the file

You can send the files to: Support@BizScheduler.com so the team can do the initial screening of the data. Once the data is ready, Engineering will import it to your database. It can take up to 72 hours for this to be completed, but it rarely takes that long.
