Delete Future Repeating Jobs
In order to delete all future Repeating Jobs, go to the first Repeating Job you want to delete, either by clicking on it from the Calendar, or doing a search to find the Customer and then looking in the Future Jobs or Jobs History section to locate the job you want to edit.- When you are editing the job, click the [Repeating Job] button
- From the Repeat Job screen, click the [Delete all future occurrences] button
- Click [OK] for the confirmation prompt (the number of jobs deleted will be shown in the popup)
- Close the popup window and click [Return] to go back to the job
Now that you are on the first job that you want to remove, click the [Cancel] button. This will ensure that if you extend your Repeating Jobs, for example at the end of the year for another year, that this job will not be included in that process. Doing this puts a final stop on this Repeating Job.
You can always delete a job individually, but that could be very time consuming if there are a lot of jobs, as well as possibly missing a job that should have been deleted.
