Referral Sources is a list that you create to track how your customers came to know about you. This list is used both at the Customer level as well as the Job level. This list provides you with tremendous insight into the use of your advertising and marketing budget.
To change your Referral Sources, do the following steps:
- Go to the Hub and click the Referral Sources link under the Setup / Configuration section
- Click on an item in the list to change its name, followed by the checkmark to save it
- The other attributes can be changed by clicking on them
Note: You can Delete an that has been used. This will remove all references to it. If it has been used, you may want to make it Inactive instead, which will remove it from any selection lists within BizScheduler but let you reactivate it so you can find those customers with that category in the future.
